A Sliding Fee Discount Program is provided to all persons who qualify based on their ability to pay*.
The program sets a discount level on what you pay based on the size of your household and how much money your household makes in a year. You can apply for a discount even if you have Insurance.
*No patient is turned away due to their inability to pay.
Who can apply for the Sliding Fee Discount Program?
All patients can apply for the sliding fee discount program. Once approved, any discount depends on household income and household size compared to the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The discount may also apply to patients balances, such as deductibles and copays after insurance has processed the claim.
