Kaitlyn is a licensed pharmacist who earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. She began her career in retail pharmacy, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, medication management, and community engagement. In 2021, she joined Florida Community Health Centers, where she continues to serve patients as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy with a focus on improving access to quality healthcare.
Kaitlyn is a certified HIV specialized pharmacist and is deeply committed to supporting patients through education, advocacy, and compassionate care. She is passionate about working at FCHC because it allows her to address health disparities, build meaningful relationships with patients, and advocate for individuals who may face barriers to care. She finds fulfillment in empowering patients to better understand their medications and take an active role in their health.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, good food, reading, gardening, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her pets.
