With over a decade of experience in women’s and neonatal health, Jazmin Hall APRN, brings both clinical expertise and a heartfelt commitment to health education to her role as a Nurse Practitioner at FCHC.
Ms Hall’s journey began in the Neonatal ICU, where she spent five years caring for the most vulnerable patients and their families. It was there that she observed a powerful connection between health education and patient outcomes, a realization that would shape the entire trajectory of her career. Driven by that insight, she pursued her Master’s degree in Nursing at Nova Southeastern University, building on the strong foundation she established, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Florida A&M University.
For the past three years, Ms. Hall has specialized in Gynecological health for women and adolescents, partnering with patients to embrace preventative care and become the healthiest versions of themselves. Her approach goes beyond treatment as Ms. Hall is a passionate educator who believes that informed patients are empowered patients.
Ms. Hall was drawn to FCHC’s mission because of its unwavering dedication to providing quality healthcare, prevention, and education to every member of the community, regardless of status or financial ability. The organization’s commitment to equality and compassion reflects the very values she pours into every patient interaction — guided by her personal mantra: “In all that you do, let it be done with love.”
When she is not caring for her patients, Ms. Hall can be found spending time with her family and children, running, or enjoying the beach.
