Paulard Bernard, MSN, FNP-BC

Paulard Bernard, MSN, APRN, FNP‑BC, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than seven years of experience providing comprehensive primary care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with specialized certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In addition to her clinical expertise, Paulard is fluent in English, French, and Creole, which allows her to better connect with and serve diverse patient populations. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care and supporting individuals and families in achieving their best possible health.

With extensive experience caring for patients across all stages of life, Paulard’s clinical focus includes preventive health, routine wellness visits, management of acute illnesses, and ongoing care for chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. She works collaboratively with each patient to create personalized care plans that promote long‑term health and well‑being.

Paulard believes exceptional healthcare begins with active listening and building trust. She strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and empowered to take an active role in their health decisions. She is committed to evidence‑based practice and patient education as key tools in helping patients maintain and improve their health.
