Melissa Allen Davis has been a Registered Pharmacist with FCHC for seven years. She became the 340B Program Coordinator in June 2022. Before taking her current role, Melissa was the Director of Pharmacy at FCHC for six years.
She has a Doctor of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University. Melissa is an Advanced Certification Expert in 340B who has worked in the 340B space for over ten years, attaining her certification in 2020. The 340B program is the federal drug pricing program administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
Before joining FCHC, Melissa was the pharmacy manager at Kmart Pharmacy for ten years. She also worked per diem at Treasure Coast Community Health for three years. Melissa says the best thing about working at FCHC is getting to help patients attain access to medications they otherwise would not be able to afford. She is proud to tell patients that FCHC can care for all their needs in one place.
Melissa and her husband Ronald are the parents of two sons, Ronald Davis III and Ryan. She enjoys reading, singing, watching TV, and sports when she’s not working.
