Elie Joseph, RDH

Elie Joseph is a Registered Dental Hygienist with a background in clinical dentistry, public health, education, and community-based care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of Haiti in 2010 and a Master of Public Health from the University of the West Indies in 2016.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Elie Joseph practiced dentistry in Haiti, serving patients in hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and underserved communities through mobile dental programs. He also served as a lecturer in Preventive Dentistry at the State University of Haiti. After moving to the United States, he continued his career in dentistry, first as a dental assistant before advancing to become a Registered Dental Hygienist.

His professional journey reflects his commitment to patient education, preventive care, and expanding access to oral healthcare. Elie Joseph is passionate about serving underserved communities and is drawn to FCHC’s mission of providing quality care regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
