Asha Kornegay has been with FCHC since 2018 as an advanced practice nurse practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Asha has worked her entire career with pediatric patients and enjoys working with children and their families in diverse populations. She worked as a registered nurse at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital for five years. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in a West Palm Beach private practice for 16 years.
She says she enjoys working with a great team of medical professionals at the Indiantown clinic, providing high-quality care to anyone in the community to prevent illness and improve overall health. She is married and has two daughters, ages 19 and 25. She enjoys traveling and exercising when not working.
