Sandra Gabriel, APRN

Sandra Gabriel, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse whose career reflects both clinical excellence and a deep calling to serve others. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Palm Beach Atlantic University and brings to FCHC a rich background shaped by 25 years of experience in diverse hospital settings.

Sandra began her nursing career at Muhlenberg Hospital in New Jersey before moving to Florida, where she spent 19 years at Jackson Memorial Hospital caring for patients across a wide range of specialties. It was during this time that a meaningful conversation with a patient’s father inspired her to advance her education and ultimately become an APRN.

After earning her advanced practice degree, Sandra devoted her first years as a Nurse Practitioner to caring for underserved populations—a commitment that affirmed her sense of purpose and aligned naturally with FCHC’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality care to all. Her primary clinical interests are rooted in health promotion and preventive health, areas where she believes proactive, patient-centered guidance can transform lives.

Sandra is known for her compassion, empathy, and ability to treat every patient with the same care and respect she would offer her own family. Her extensive experience and heartfelt approach allow her to support patients not just clinically, but holistically.

She values the supportive, mission-driven culture at FCHC, where teamwork, respect, and collaboration are woven into everyday interactions. Sandra considers it a blessing to be part of an organization whose values mirror her own. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music, time at the beach, and exercise—activities that renew her spirit and keep her balanced. Her guiding scripture is: “He restores my soul and He makes me whole.”
