Douglas Lill serves as Pharmacy Manager at FCHC’s Clewiston Pharmacy, bringing over two decades of experience in pharmacy practice. He earned his B.S. in Pharmacy and began his career in retail pharmacy with a focus on nutrition. After years in retail, Douglas transitioned to outpatient and clinic pharmacy, where he discovered his passion for building strong relationships with patients and practitioners.
Douglas’s primary clinical interest is acting as a bridge between patients and their therapies, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their treatment plans. Known for his exceptional communication skills, Douglas thrives on educating patients and fostering trust through open dialogue.
A lifelong learner, Douglas became bilingual in his mid-30s, a decision that broadened his ability to connect with diverse communities. His personal mantra, “Knowledge is Power,” reflects his commitment to empowering patients through education.
Outside of work, Douglas enjoys DNA genealogy and ancestry research, exploring the stories that shape family histories.
