About Telehealth

At Florida Community Health Centers, Inc., our Telehealth system is positioned to address the needs of the communities we serve; and to patients that have conditions that do not require access to an urgent care or an emergency room. In addition to video consultation, remote treatment, and Patient-Based Internet Connected Remote Monitoring, through Telehealth, we provide an alternative platform for patients to participate in routine follow-up visits. Additionally, with telehealth we offer off site care management services, provide Behavioral Health individualized therapy via video telehealth, make available Pharmacy consultation by our Clinical Pharmacist, send mass communications and address the ongoing concerns related to public health emergencies when they arise. Telehealth allow us to reach even more patients who have not been able to access health care services for one reason or another.
