The Council on Social Agencies of St. Lucie (COSA) hosted its annual Showcase of Services on September 18, 2019 at the Havert L Fenn Center. Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. (FCHC) leadership staff: Ray Correa, Irene Torreggiani, and Robyn Connor, and represented FCHC at this event. Fifty, (50) local health and human service providers that make up the COSA membership shared information with the public and other service providers.


Since 1976, Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. has been privileged to serve the people of Port St. Lucie with high-quality, compassionate health care services. We have three centers centrally located in Port St. Lucie and two centers in Fort Pierce. The services we offer include pediatric, adolescent and adult health care along with dental and prenatal care services and laboratory services. We also offer ancillary services, such as Care Management, Health Benefits Coordinators, Telemedicine, etc.

FCHC is a private, non-profit, tax exempt 501(c)3, consumer-directed corporation which is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and is accredited by the Joint Commission (JC). In 2014, FCHC received recognition at each of its primary care sites by the NCQA as Level III Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH).
