FCHC’s Behavioral Health Department offers an array of evidence-based services for individuals of all ages for mental health disorders. The behavioral health team offers medication management, individual therapy family therapy, crisis management, and case management. Medication management services can be utilized for individuals with complicated depression/anxiety (failed more than 2-3 antidepressants), ADHD, bipolar, schizophrenia, history of alcohol/drug treatment (dual-diagnosis), and attempted suicide history. Individual and family psychotherapy services are available utilizing multiple treatment modalities. Case management will available to help support, educate, advocate and link patients to services.

Our overall goal is to provide accessible, cost-effective, high quality, comprehensive care for individuals to help improve their mental health for a better future and healthier community.
