The Structure of the Organization

 


FCHC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of persons that live and/or work

in the communities served. More than fifty- one (51%) percent of FCHC‘s Board Members

are consumers of services.

 

The Senior Management Team of the FCHC consists of seven (7) persons,

with the President and Chief Executive Officer as the leader of the team. 

FCHC operates ten (10) health centers in six (6) counties and eight (8) cities.

 

The mid-management team at each center consists of the Center Manager, Clinical Coordinator,

Nurse Manager and Patient Accounting Supervisor.

The Dental Director is a mid-manager overseeing the dental operations which are located

at five (5) of our ten (10) service sites.
