Michael F. Gervasi, D.O. As a practicing physician for over 20 years, Dr. Gervasi brings an abundance of knowledge to FCHC. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has been a member of the executive committee of the Florida Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He received his certification in Health Care Quality Management form the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, and he frequently lectures on risk management and quality improvement. Dr. Gervasi has received the Samuel L. Salman, D.O. Award for General Practice through Nova Southeastern University where he also serves as Clinical Associate Professor. He has also chaired and served on many local, state and national committees, including the eight-state Southeast Healthcare Consortium and the Clinician’s Network of the Florida Association of Community Health Centers. |

Wilhelmina N. Lewis, M.D. Dr. Lewis was promoted to Chief Medical Officer after serving as Clinical Coordinator at FCHC's Fort Pierce Health Center. She is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician with a background in Geriatrics and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. She completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and University Hospital. Dr. Lewis is Chair of the St. Lucie County Diabetes Coalition and Chairperson for the St. Lucie County Access to Health Committee which reviewed and assessed the needs of and resources available to the residents of St. Lucie County. Dr. Lewis is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University/ Department of Family Medicine and Florida State University/ Department of Geriatrics. She is also member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Geriatrics Society. |

Georganna Kirk Georganna joined the Senior Management Team as Director of Center Management in 2007, after serving as the Okeechobee Center Manager since 1991. Georganna has extensive financial experience and is well versed in the day to day center operations of community health centers. Georganna holds a degree in Mathematics from Indian River State College and has served in a variety of local collaborative roles. |

Molly Ferguson Molly brings to the FCHC team diverse experience in the health care field to the FCHC team. She is well-versed in front office, billing and administrative responsibilities, This experience gives her a unique perspective to delivering high quality health care in a respectful, dignified manner to the people who need and deserve it the most. Molly has served as Program Coordinator, Provider and Public Relations Coordinator as well as Executive Director for the Lake Okeechobee Rural Health Network. She is an active member of the Florida Rural Health Association, National Rural Health Association, and Glades PATCH, St. Lucie County HANDS and a variety of other community organizations. |

Diane Ford, RHIA, CHC
Diane has been with FCHC since January 1993 and has been a health record specialist for over 30 years. She is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a Bachelors of Science degree with certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator. Diane is also a Certified Healthcare Compliance Officer. |

Cynthia Roman Cynthia joined Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. in 2008 as Director of Human Resources. She joins the FCHC team with over fourteen years' experience in Human Resources and is an EMT. Her expertise in the area of Human Resources ranges from the U.S. Air Force to the University of South Florida-College of Medicine. She is a graduate of University of South Florida with a BS degree. Cynthia has a great deal of experience with all aspects of Human Resources, areas including Leaves of Absence, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Compliance. |

Edwin W. Brown Edwin (Ed) Brown is a native Floridian and retired military officer with over 40 years' experience in the health care field; the last 26 at Florida Community Health Centers. Ed brought a style of leadership and management that has continually proven successful. As a result FCHC is recognized as one of the premier Community Health Centers in the State of Florida and across the nation. During his tenure serving as Chair, Florida Association of Community Heath Centers; Lake Okeechobee Rural Health Network; Community Health Centers Alliance; and, Everglades Area Health Education Center; his perseverance and leadership has been instrumental in making health care changes for our State and the local communities we serve. |
