comprehensive, primary and preventive

health care to all persons regardless of

their socioeconomic circumstances.



 

Vision Statement
 

Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. (FCHC) envisions a leadership role

in the provision of primary health care services.  

FCHC will assume a strong advocacy role for primary health care to

meet the challenges facing Florida. 

FCHC will foster and promote collaborative relationships and

will develop partnerships with local, state and federal public health service

agencies and the community in general to enhance the quality of the delivery system

of comprehensive primary health care and will strive for excellence with

a highly trained staff and governing board.
